At Experian we use a variety of assessment types, customised to best fit the role in question, so that both parties can check there's a fit in terms of skillset, 'culture add' and value alignment. Each stage is designed to be as value adding as possible to both you and the hiring manager.

Ultimately we're looking to ensure you can make an informed decision should you receive a formal offer from Experian; that you've had sufficient exposure to our culture and that you have a deep understanding of what the role entails.

Receiving an offer is always a big buzz. You'll be sent an easy to use secure link to review any formal offer and employment details.
As a Global Enterprise we apply rigour and fairness/equity to our offer methodology, normally facilitated with HR support. Our aim is to provide a competitive role and full compensation package. To do this we analyse several important data points; current salary (if voluntarily shared), expected salary, internal comparable benchmarking and external market benchmarking.

Although the backbone of our onboarding process is digitised and automated (i.e. collection of preboarding documentation) we aim to make this as humanised and simplified as possible. There's a strong focus on 'setting you up for success', whether this is providing professional guidance on 'how to resign the right way' or arranging casual connects virtually or in person with team members, providing pre-start materials and info. We're happy to dial this up or down based on your needs and expectations.
We have engaging and structured induction and orientation programmes covering day one and beyond, this includes partnering you with an 'Experian Buddy' to help you settle in.

A typical Experian hiring process can range between three to four weeks, this does not include the onboarding phase. During this time both parties can understand if there's a good alignment.

Unfortunately no. Although you can choose to work anywhere within the country where your role is based you are unable to work from overseas. This is to avoid issues regarding rights to work, personal and corporate taxation liabilities/complications, employment law etc.
